Behind the Lens

I am a graphic designer by trade, and a photographer by passion. I love being creative and capturing moments you can treasure. Aside from doing freelance design work, I am the Art Director for a full-service marketing company that caters to the sports industry. From business cards to signs, my design expertise includes logo design, brochures, newsletters, flyers, product branding, and layout.

Photography is and has always been my first love in the art world. I received my first camera when I was 5 years old and I haven’t put one down since. Granted, the first roll of film I used I hadn’t quite grasped the concept of getting duplicates of the prints so I took 5 photos of everything in order to give to each person in my family! I have come a long way since then, but it still excites me the same as it did when I was 5 years old. Holding onto memories through photos has always been a big part of my family. I’m always looking for those creative angles and interesting compositions. As a designer and a photographer, editing is the most fun! I absolutely love it.
